Nausea

Ok I'll try to make this quick. For 2 days now I have been nauseous and today I threw up twice. I haven't thrown up since last time I was pregnant. However, morning sickness didn't start until about week 9. My husband and I had sex one this month (drive has been super low). My period isn't due for about 4 more days, and I'll obviously take a test when I miss. But

My question is- for those of you with bad morning sickness, did it start earlier the next time around? I know it's probably a big conclusion to jump to, but my head is spinning.
