Any Ultrasound Experts?!

Hey ladies! 
So I’m 4 weeks, 5 days. Today I asked my coworker (I work in a veterinary hospital) to ultrasound me and see what we could see. Now obviously our ultrasound is downright awful compared to ones in actual human hospitals, and it’s so early. She thinks this is the gestational sac though. Any thoughts?

Way too early to see anything. Usually can see anything until about 7 weeks maybe 6, all with tansvaginal .

I don't think the gestational sac would be that big, especially an abdominal one

I had an ultra sound at 3 weeks 6 days and another at 4 weeks 3 days and another at 5 weeks 5 days and another at 6 weeks 6 days etc lol 
It looks like your uterus but I don’t see a sac. It’s the ultrasound quality though—it sucks lol and mine were transvaginal so that makes it easier to see.
