Tension headaches
How many of y’all get really bad tension headaches in your neck going all the way to forehead I also get it in my shoulders and TMJ’s if it’s really bad and nauseous if it’s off the charts. Dr. Said Tylenol is there anything else I can do??? I will usually do ice packs on face and back of the neck and Tylenol
