Can someone explain to me what my blood work and Urine test show look like if I have preeclampsia

I went in today to see my high risk doctors and they said my blood pressure was high again. And after telling them I have a headache that’s hasn’t gone away still have it on the 3rd day today They did some test to check and I got the results back but I don’t know if they normal or shows I have preeclampsia

I was told to go to labor and delivery if headache doesn’t go away
