Should I be worried?!😳

Still no period after last having a small one on the 31st of January to the 2nd of February😳 had unprotected sex since then, but every pregnancy test has come up negative🤷🏻‍♀️ I was on the pill last November though, through til the December but didn’t really take it properly, and came off it due to side effects. Anyone got advice??
