No CM/Yeast infection medication?

Been TTC since October. was good at tracking bbt and CM and everything else. had my annual obgyn check up in January and all blood work came back great and doc told me not to worry or stress about TTC despite my age (just turned 39 last week). well in the last two months I have had to be on diflucan for a yeast infection that I can't get rid of. and had another culture done and came back with a Strep B infection so now I am on amoxicillin.

what has me worried is that since the end of February I haven't had any CM. before the medication I was able to track my cycle by it but it's been almost a month and a half since I have noticed CM. had anyone ever had this happen because of medication?

doc told me not to be worried but I am. she is sending me for and an HSG to make sure everything is ok.
