Can someone interpret this??

Question

I had a few different and very vivid dreams last night and I don’t know what they mean.
In the first one, I was walking in the park with my ex and when I realized it was him I took off running to find my boyfriend. 
In the second one, I took a pregnancy test that was positive and I wrote the date (4/11) on it. What could those dreams mean?

The first one could mean a few things. Did you come out of an abusive/scary relationship with your ex? If so, running could mean you are trying to run from the emotions and mental effects the relationship caused you. Running to your current boyfriend could mean that you while heartedly trust him to protect you, and that you need more mental support and he provides that :)
