Nose spray??

I've been using over the counter nasal spray this whole pregnancy as I'm struggling to breathe so much and didn't it was bad please people tell me it wouldn't of affected my baby enough to hurt or harm them please?????

I highly recommend to stop and call your doctor or nurse about it and see if it's alright or if there is something else you can use.

I would talk to your doctor. Unless its saline spray its not made for long term use (idk about the effects on the baby) and can cause you to become dependent on the spray in order to breathe. Maybe try a saline spray instead
