Anyone still drink coffee?

Just curious how many ladies went cold turkey off the caffeine, and how many are still having the occasional cup of joe? ☕️

I switched to decaf for the most part but I also had a cup of caffeinated when I felt like it. Caffeine is ok in moderation! I think the number my doctor said was 200 mg/day

I drink 1-2 cups most days, but I make them half decaf and about a third milk

I’ve stuck to my one cup of coffee every morning. This morning however I had to force myself to even drink half of it due to morning sickness. It’s okay to drink it as long as you’re not drinking too much

I started drinking half caff. Fully caffinated was raising my bp, and decaf just didn't cut it!
