So my husband and I went in for our first prenatal visit and ultrasound today at 10 weeks and there was an empty sac no baby, Dr even said may have been twins as he saw what looks like 2 sacs but could have been a blood clot. I had a chemical pregnancy in November so I was trying not to let me self get too excited until I saw that ultrasound. I just don't know how to feel I'm sad, I'm mad I want to be alone but I don't. I'm just so devistated we have 2 healthy children and I'm trying to focus on that some people don't even get that, but it's so hard I'm just in shock. Dr said to wait up to 2 weeks and see if my body's passes the sac or I can have a D&C.;
