I was wondering if anyone used one and how well they work? I use tampons but I get a lot of yeast infections. Would something else help?

I have used it and liked it a lot, but I travel a lot for work now and it's not as practical since you have to boil it in between uses.

Not sure if it helps yeast infections though. Eating garlic and yogurt and other probiotic things is supposed to help though. You can also look up how to make an insertable garlic clove for your vagina which helps cut back on yeast too!

Yes! Menstrual cups are the best. Once you get the hang of it, they work great. Check out precious stars pads in YouTube for info.
