Wanting more bottles?!

So my 15 months is down to bedtime bottle for about 1.5 months now (feeding her an hour before bed) and all of the sudden, all she wants is bottle (as soon as she wake up) and refuse to eat any breakfast and cry forever and I stayed strong no bottle and let her cry for 2 hours until she eats something at morning snack time. Anyone going through this? I’m trying to hard to stay strong with this. I can’t go backward from 1 bottle to 2 bottles!!! I should have probably get rid of the bedtime bottle sooner. Now this regression is killing me!
