Don't know what to do

Went for my u/s two weeks ago and my baby was measuring small and heart rate was only 67bpm then I went on Friday and they couldn't find a heart beat😭 the Dr left me with three opinions and I don't know what do to. Any advice or personal experience will be appreciated. I just can't believe this is happening😢
