I was on the marina coil for 5 years because my periods where terribly heavy, we decided we wouldn't mind another baby but didnt want to "plan" one as such (even though we used this ap the have sex on my fertile days lol) if it happens it happens and we would be delighted and if it didn't then it's not meant to be as I'm nearly 38 now and have children already........so I had my coil out, even though I never had a proper period I'd sometimes have a show when I went to the toilet, and sometimes I'd know when I would of had a period I'd get hormonal and bloated but neither symptoms where regular.

Once my coil was out I was expecting a heavy flow as normal but that didn't happen. A couple of weeks after having it removed I had normal period type symptoms and had a normal period for 7 days which isn't unusual for me, my cycle was about 28 days. So basically I should of started by now in fact I'm 4/5 days late now and no sign!! I've done a couple pregnancy texts and they both came back negative!!??
