I rub myself but I never penetrated or anything, and idk why, I always think that it's the reason why I have late periods (goes up to 6 months) , so is it connected or is there another reason?

If anything, masturbation should help your period flow. It does not prevent your period, even if you did it multiple times every single day.  If you're going 6 months without a period, that is not normal, you need to see a dr. You may have an ovarian cyst.
