Has any one experienced this

Every morning for the past week, I have woken up with an extremely swollen clitoris. It hasn't rubbed against anything and it isn't a result of the evening prior but it's crazy! It's not painful, red, or itchy. It's just sensitive and obvious! Smh I'm on CD 33 from a normal 28 day cycle. The hpt are negative.
