what is a reasonable amount to spend?

My son is turning 2, and I don't wanna go broke... what is a reasonable amount to spend on just bday gifts (not including cake or food)? we are only having his grandparents over for cake and ice cream.... we did a big bash for 1st bday with close friends and family.

Money doesn’t buy love! I know we want our kids to have the best things but love and attention is all a 2 year old needs (besides sweets 😉) spend what you can and don’t stress your self out over finances, stay happy for your little one :) 
My mom spend so much money on me but wasn’t there for me emotionally, I forgot all the girls, but I remember all the times I needed her and she wasn’t there for me.

I think I spent $40. Couple toys. Made some cupcakes with Toy Story toppers which probably cost another $10 total.

we do like $75-100. thats more than enough for presents. cake stuff is usually like $20 or less
