Painful pumping
Pumping absolutely KILLS my nipples. I have zero issues breastfeeding but when I pump, it’s super painful and uncomfortable. Is it just something that’s painful at first and then gets better, like breastfeeding? Or is it an issue with the size of breast shield I’m using? How do I know what size is best? I’m not sure how to tell if it is too small or too big. None of the women in my family breastfed so they aren’t any help 😂
