Help me!!

Okay so I was diagnosed with a subchronic hemmorage about 3 weeks ago (I’ll be 9 weeks on Wednesday). The nurse didn’t tell me to be on pelvic rest, no sex, no lifting etc. My SO and I had sex tonight and I just read up on stuff tonight because I have an appointment on Wednesday and I read a lot of women were out on pelvic rest. I haven’t had any bleeding really and no cramps or anything out of the ordinary but now I’m concerned. Do you think everything will be okay??
