Stopping birth control cysts?

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this. I went off birth control pills two months ago and my skin has been AWFUL recently. I was never an acne prone person so I’m attributing this sudden acne from coming off the pill. Today I noticed I have this large cyst on my neck. Can that be caused by coming off the pill as well? (Its red because I put a hot compress on it moments before taking the picture).

Yip, my skin has also been awful since stopping BC. I am using RegimA products which is helping.

Birth control can help control acne. Coming off birth control causes a sudden change in hormones, and that can mess up your skin for a time. 
You can try to keep your skin happy by using a salicylic acid-based cleanser, sleeping in clean sheets, and drinking lots of water. 
If it doesn’t clear up within three months, you may want to follow up with a dermatologist. 
Cystic acne can also be a sign of PCOS.

I’m in the same boat, stopped 2 months ago and my skin is driving me crazy! Gave in and going to the dermatologist in a couple days😔
