I had trouble conceiving because I was in a really bad accident 4 years ago. Liver laceration grade IV-V, broken lower spine, broken pelvis, and anemia was the reason.

for me I thought it was because I wasn't tracking my cycle right... then for some reason my periods started being 45 days apart... got tested maybe had pcos but nothing was found... keep being told nothing is wrong so.. I honestly have no idea
