What the heck..

I had sex the 22nd and the 24th of March, was due to ovulate Sunday the 25th / Monday the 26. Monday and Tuesday I noticed some spotting when I wiped and have had some hot flashes. I’ve noticed my Areola is growing a dark ring around my nipple but No tenderness or pain in my breast. I know the only way to tell if I’m preggers is if I wait and test till after my missed period. My period is du me to start today. I’ve taken two clear blue digital test and they’ve came back negative. My main questions are, has anyone had spotting like I have? Is it due to ovulation? What about the darkened ring around my areloa. I’ve NEVER noticed it until a few days ago when I got out of the shower. Pls help!!
