in what way do you deal with your anxiety?
i suffer from anxiety and depression. most times i find working out relieves some of my stress and anxiety. i find alone time being alright but sometimes that makes me even more anxious because all i will do is think about the what happened in the past and remind me more of what i should’ve done instead of what i did. i found when i made a list of things that make me happy they were all basically about one person and why he made me happy but i couldn’t think of reasons why i make myself happy. i smoke weed but i’m trying to cut back and save money. smoking helped calm me down and i love it but i’d rather find something that’ll work better and isn’t illegal in my state lmao
