Hip pain while sleeping - any tips?

Hi ladies. I realise uncomfortable nights are to be expected but I’m now 15 weeks and get pains in my hips while I lie on my side to sleep. Doesn’t happen every night but it’s really uncomfortable and I end up fidgeting a lot. Any advice?

I feel the same pain but EVERY night 🤦🏻‍♀️ I usually just put my belly band on and it’s stops the pain and I’m able to fall asleep , I bought that one

I recommend a chiropractor and a large pillow between your legs! Hip pain is the worst (mine made it hard for me to even walk) but my chiro has fixed it. She also gave me a lot of stretches to do regularly and advised me not to cross my legs.
