Pregnant and can’t sleep
I’m 32 weeks I’ll be 33 in a few days. And it’s a struggle to sleep at night. Sometimes I’m up till 4 or 5 in the morning. Other nights I go to sleep by 1130. And I’m up at 5. And can’t go back to sleep till 8 am.
So I was wondering is it okay to drink Lipton bedtime bliss? It’s a herbal supplement with chamomile,mint and orange peel
