Anybody have experience with this?!

First time pregnancy. Had a big bleed of red blood last Thursday thought for sure it was over. Had my levels checked and they were great. Had them checked again last Saturday and still going up at a good rate. Doctor office didn’t seemed concerned. I had a pelvic exam and my cervix was a little open I was told to go home and rest and wait. Well I’ve been spotting brown ever since than. Yesterday comes around driving home I got super bloated and a sharp pain in my right side. Got home sat on the potty, got super nauseous, sweaty and felt awful. Called the doctor on call she wanted me to go to the ER. Get there cramping and bloating has stopped all within a hour span. They do blood work and an ultrasound. We got to see the baby, HR of 157. Doctor did another pelvic exam said my cervix is closed doesn’t know where bleeding is coming from. Also discovered I have a very large cyst on my right ovary. Said I’m still at a risk for a miscarriage and to go home and relax. He is also treating me for a UTI. I see my OB on Thursday. Anyone have any experience with this?! I’m confused and trying to figure out what is going on.
