Pregnancy Pillow..Already ?!

Question

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. Since this is my 2nd pregnancy I'm starting to feel everything so much sooner than expected. I can't lay on my left side for long(round ligament pain), can't lay on my stomach (sore breast and nipples) and I know it's not recommended to lay on your back. At this point I think it's time to invest in a pregnancy pillow. Any suggestions ?

Laying on your back is safe until later when the baby is bigger and puts pressure on the major arteries behind your uterus! Even then, it’s fine unless you feel nauseous or dizzy. But that aside I LOVE my Boppy pregnancy pillow. I’m using it for my second pregnancy now and it’s so amazing.

I got a cheap V shape pillow and cover off of amazon and that helps out a bunch. I’m only 15 weeks but I sleep with it and sit with it as support of the sofa 😊
