Why do I still have no symptoms at 8 weeks ??? Miscarriage last December and had none then either except I did have sore boobs then.... it was a missed miscarriage and supposed to be 9 weeks but measured 8 w 4 d... now here I am 8 w5 days and still nothing and I’m paranoid. 6 week ultrasound a few weeks ago showed baby with a good heart rate of 135bpm. That gives me hope... next ultrasound is this Friday and I’m praying so hard we see the heartbeat and all is fine. I’m almost 39 and can’t go through what we went through before. I’m terrified and it’s all I think about it. I also find it hard to sleep and focus at work. I want these symptoms already! I keep hoping I’ll wake up and feel nauseous, but nothing. 😞
