I been to the hospital twice because of this so I’m here asking if anyone experienced the feeling

This is my first pregnancy and it hasn’t been a easy happy ride for me I started bad and feel like I am ending it bad

The pain I’m having is my back hurts too much like it isn’t bearable and now my sides are hurting it’s getting to the point where I can’t sleep comfortably so I’m more tired during the day than I should

If you experienced the same please what would u do to handle this
