it could be but it could also mean nothing. I'm 11dpo and had quite strong AF type cramps 7&8dpo, I hoped it was a good sign and that it was implantation cramps but today I've had blood tinged cm so it looks like AF is on the way, I'm due tomorrow so it's pretty much bang on time 😔.
