online ovulation calculator ( don't be rude please)

so I used an online ovulation calculator to see if the days matched compared to glow and they were way out - according to glow my fertile week is over but according to the online test my fertile week doesn't end until the 12th , why is this? I'm guessing the online test is just a complete guess. sorry if it's a stupid question.
