What should I wear/ bring to a night of bar-hopping?

It's almost my 21st birthday and I'm going to hit the town with a group of people! What should I wear? Anything I should know?

One time a friend of mine were drinking and I stuck to my water rule, she didn't. The next day I was perfectly fine. My friend was in the worst hangover state shed had in a long time. 
A hangover is created by dehydration. Alcohol is sugar and by drinking water, you're staying hydrated.

I would go with pants only because if you fall down your ass won't show so just think what can I wear that my goods won't pop out if I fall down drunk I have a card case with my ID and atm card I wouldn't go for a clutch if you drink you'll forget it get one of those small cross bodies but you ID and ATM card and your phone that's it have fun be safe

Well I brought a small clutch, it had only id , credit cards, cash and panty liners. Your gonna be sweating so bring those just incase you want to do some extra things. That's basically it bc you're gonna have a good time. Don't bring your purse at all. Major no no. You're gonna put it down and then it'll get stolen.

I wear jeans and a very cute/sexy top.. High flip flops, I dont carry my whole purse.. I have a little cute hand bag that fits my ID, and the cash I'm planning on spending.. Not my debt card.. 
Also never leave your drink unattended, if you do just buy another one and trash the other one!!  Never leave with someone you just met, stay with friends, and have a buddy system... 
I've only been drugged once and it was not fun.. So I tend to be extra cautious... But still have a great night. Happy soon to be 21st birthday btw!!!
