There is still a possibility of pregnancy as the pill doesn't work 100% but the sooner you take it the better chance there is of it working. Get on birth control asap.

I probably won’t get pregnant, it does not happen every time people have sex when they are ovulating. Taking plan B has lowered your chances much much lower!
If you can not take a hormonal birth control would a copper one work for you? And there are always condoms (which I prefer since they are the only thing that protects against stis). There are external condoms for wearing on a penis and internal condoms for wearing inside a vagina.
