Fenugreek headache 🤕

It actually worked!! I took it for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Now here I am Monday with almost double the amount as I was pumping before. It gave me a massive headache though!!! I thought it was an allergy headache but but once I stopped the fenugreek my headache went away. I guess now that it gave me a boost I’ll try to maintain it without taking the fenugreek anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? If I had this reaction with this do you think I will have the same reaction with all the other supplements? Like mothers milk tea?
