I use to wear makeup every single day but still kept up with a good skin care routine. Keep in mind I've always had a pretty clear face.. anyways I got this new job as a professional cleaner and I obviously didn't wear makeup and let me tell you!! MY FACE LOOKS THE BEST ITS EVER LOOKED. I didn't realize until now that my face was "clear" back then but I still had tiny acne bumps on my forehead and cheeks and now they are completely gone. My face was always patchy in color and now my face is one color. I totally recommend it. I went about a year without wearing much makeup (only occasionally) only properly cleaning and moisturizing and I still don't wear makeup much.
My face just feels and looks too good 😂

Do what you want, as long as you take care of your skin (facial washes,  moisturisers, face masks once in a while) wear it every day. It’s totally up to you 💄💋
