How can I get my 7 month to sleep through the night? She’s still up 2-3 times a night for a bottle. I’ve tried to cut that habit but if I don’t feed her she stays awake and cries or just won’t go back to sleep. I’ve done the cereal in her bottle, it just made her constipated, I’ve tried giving her more milk before bed time 6 oz. she has a 6 oz bottle then she’s up at 2 for a 4 oz. it’s driving me insane. Yes we have a routine down at night 8:00 is bath time, after a bottle, book, and prayer, then bed time.
