What would you do?

I’ve lived in the same town my whole life. I’m currently 27, husband 30. My husband has the opportunity to move up in his career but it involves moving once or twice. We have family here and my kids are still young, 2&4. My family and I constantly have problems but they are great with my kids. My husbands work schedule currently allows him to be off by 330. If we moved up it’d involve a move and him staying later hours. However, we are in tons of debt and it would allow us to get out from under that. I kind of feel up for the adventure of moving but at the same time feel like we could travel someday too if we ever get rid of our debt. My husband being off late and having no family around sounds lonely but also an opportunity to meet new people. Just unsure. I see good and bad to both. It’d also mean I’d get to stay home with our kids
