When is the best time in the day to check your CM?

I usually check mine midday-ish. my CM is always the same when i wake up. by midday, into the afternoon, it changes into whatever it's going to be for the day. They say generally the best time is after u poop....but I've never tried that. good luck.

oh and i wouldnt check it right before  sex if u are aroused. You may mix up arousal fluids as ewcm or fertile watery cm. Generally, arousal fluid is thinner and dries much faster than fertile, ewcm.

u can check whenever. just dont check after urination or if your aroused. just make sure you are checking everyday. i check sometimes a few times a day. read the book taking charge of your fertility
