Hey ladies! What products worked for you to increase your milk supply?? Looking to increase my freezer stash!!
Also, does anybody have a review on the Milky Mama products? They pop up on my Facebook constantly, just want to know if it’s worth the money or not! Thanks!

The honest brand I know has the pills and they work to the T for me I had to stop taking them because I was leaking all the time ! I know the mothers tea works great and my mothers myth witch I found helped a ton OATMEAL!! Yesssss she made me oatmeal a lot kinda like in a hot coco kind of drink and water a lot of water !!! Your breast milk is 80% water sooooo drink up ! I literally walked around with a 40oz water bottle  !! Best luck to you
