So this cycle I did my first round of femara with time intercourse. Three days before ovulation I had three good sized follicles. I had two on the left 18 mm and 19 mm and one on the right 15 mm. Anybody with multiple follicles go on to have a healthy pregnancy their first round? I had an hsg done two months ago and we have been trying to conceive since May 2017. Feeling very discouraged because everything seems normal and I just can’t get pregnant. (Good hormone levels, Cleared tubes, steady cycles with ovulation, normal sperm count). I’m 5 dpo and am ready to loose my mind. Feel like this month will lead to another BFN.
