Bleeding 4 days after my period...

Hello Ladies,

So this has never happens to me, I have always been on a regular cycle. So here is my calendar...

4/1-4/2 Spotting

4/3-4/4 heavy/mild bleeding

4/5-4/6 spotting

After 4/6 I wasn’t bleeding anymore. So 4/7-4/9 I had no bleeding. But today 4/10 I had bleeding, bright red and I had two blood clots that came

out and I’m currently have cramps.

What exactly can this be? This is all new to me and it’s getting me confused. Any help would be great or if anyone had gone through this could you please share. Thank you!
