Treating PP Yeast Infection??

I had to take antibiotics when my daughter was born so, of course😒, I got a yeast infection. Curious if anyone knows how I should go about treating a postpartum yeast infection. I'm 2weeks PP, my stitches are still healing, and I'm breastfeeding. Can I use the ointment stuff since you have to "insert"?

{and, yes, I know the best thing to do is call a doctor..but I have anxiety and have already been to see him 3 times since giving birth because I was freaking out about different things😅 so I'm trying to avoid having to go in and making him think I'm even more neurotic than he already does lol}
