Backless dress + lactating breasts?

I have prom this month and I am exclusively breastfeeding, so my breasts leak. The issue is that my dress is backless. Any suggestions? I need some sort of support, so just going completely braless and sticking nursing pads inside my dress isn’t really an option

I think my best bet, right now, is to tape them in place and use the tape to secure a nursing pad to my breast 😂🤔

sticky boobs!! it's like a stick on backless bra. it would give some support and you could put breast pads in there. have fun!!

My prom dress was backless. I wore a backless bra, it was basically the front half of a strapless bra with double sided tape to hold the sides in place since it didn’t extend all the way around. The tape didn’t actually hold very well so I ended up using duct tape all along the bottom which held the bra in place and gave me the support I needed. It was a bit of a pain to get the duct tape off afterwards but it worked.

Some breast pads have sticky backings that might help keep them in place. Otherwise look into some tape to keep them in place. Or possible look at getting the reuseable pads like the bamboobies. They are pretty good!
