Ok I know this is all petty 8th grade teenage sh*t but I gotta rant

It all started Monday (yesterday). I went to first period and normally my friend May (changed her real name for privacy reasons and respect) and I talk and greet each other but she said nothing, I blew it off thinking maybe her grandmother pissed her off again. Turns out she was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong except she wouldn't talk to me. Then by third period my other friend Taylor (again changed the name for respect and privacy reasons) normally says hi and we talk but nothing, she was avoiding me aswell. since that is all I know cause i got a surprise visit from my period and I wore white jeans (just my luck 😑) So I get home and text Taylor and turns out she pissed over a tweet I posted. Anyways May won't tell what I did and used her anger as an excuse today and that's what pissed me off. Let me know what I should do I need advice, I wanna fix what I supposedly did but at the same time I feel like I'm gonna lose my two closet friends it's our last year of middle school and well we are freshman next year going to different schools. what do I do??
