Toddler doesn’t enjoy cuddling

My daughter is really sweet but she doesn’t enjoy cuddles. The only time she wants so snuggle is latched onto my boobs. It makes me and my husband sad cause we just was to snuggle with her. She would much rather play and get into mischief. Anyone else’s kid not enjoy snuggles?
