ttc after m/c ,need help an advice

hiya im molly 18 y/o beauty therapy student from england.. last year i had a m/c at around 5-6 weeks in august , before this my A/F were 28 days like clockwork i was never late but ever since they varie between 26-35 days ... i wouldnt say me and my partner have been ttc but we havent prevented it ether but its been almost 10 months , now were ready to actually start trying .. is there any advice anyone can give me on how to get my a/f back to the way it was? or any tips on getting pregnant?.. oh and ive never used opk do they really work?

and please no comments on my age , ive thought about this and i know what im doing ..
