why is it that as women we wind up spending hundreds of dollars. for example for my boyfriend's brother's wedding I have already spent $80 on dresses, for the bridal shower and rehearsal lunch and the wedding, I still need to buy shoes, another $30, a gift for the bridal shower and the wedding, $100 more dollars. and I still need to get my hair and nails done $180. that's almost $400! that's crazy, but it seems like this is the norm. Note: I probably would have spent less if I had the stuff for the bridal shower already.
