What is this???

Everytime i squeeze my nipple this white substance comes out from all different spots in almost a string form. Is it normal?? I've never heard of it before and im kinda worried. Also, im 22 weeks pregnant but im almost 100% sure its not colostrum. HELP!!

Get this all the time, looks similar to what comes out white heads. Totally normal

I get this from the closed up holes where I used to have my nipples pierced. Not sure if it’s just clogged pores or what?

Don’t squeeze it out. It’s like a lubricant for breast feeding. If you squeeze too much out you can get an infection
