Actually Tuna spcly canned tuna has a lot of mercury in it so doctor refer not to have.but once in a while is fine I think🤔

I eat it twice a week. I get the packs that are 2.4 ounces or whatever they are. I used to eat tuna just about every day before I got pregnant. It’s a favorite lol and it’s an easy lunch.
