So me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex a lot last month, now my period is 2 weeks late, I took a test  yesterday morning but it was negative. Lots of nausea, lightheaded, shooting pain through boobs, and mild cramps here and there. Is there still a chance I’m pregnant or what else could it be?

Since the sex you had was unprotected, your experiencing symptoms, and your period is 2 weeks late, sounds like there is a very high chance you are pregnant.

If you’re stressing that could be the cause. If the symptoms get worse or they just never go away I would get a blood test done.
